In 1994
Philip Smithburg and Bob Jordan set out to create MRS for the
local Philly music and entertainment scene. Incorporated in
1995, MRS continued to emphasize all types of sound systems as
well as a wide variety of backline gear. Although Phil and Bob
are gone now, the 21st century marked a transition for MRS into
a full service audio visual company and expanded into more
lighting and video rentals. Today MRS services all types of
venues including area hotels, restaurants, country clubs, malls,
churches, hospitals, and schools.
MRS strives to be the best and works to exceed customer
expectations. Our services range from a mere dropoff of
equipment to complete setup and in-room technical services. In
addition to renting equipment, our Presentation Services
include on-site video recording, audio recording or post
production audio CD/DAT duplication as well as DVD video
duplication services. Our team of technicians have decades of
experience in the audio visual and lighting industry.
